To remove party members in Baldur's Gate 3, first select the party member you want to remove by clicking on their portrait in the party interface. This will bring up their character sheet. From there, click the "Remove from Party" button near the bottom of the sheet. This will remove that character from your active party. You can still recruit them again later if desired from your camp or other locations in the game.
