Openreach is the organisation responsible for installing and maintaining telephone and broadband infrastructure in the UK. If you need to contact them, here are a few ways:
Call their customer service number
Openreach has a dedicated customer service team that can be reached on 03457 313 505. They should be able to answer questions about existing services or help with technical issues.
Live chat online
You can also chat to an Openreach agent online through their website at www.openreach.co.uk. Click on the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page and choose the "Live Chat" option.
Email them
Alternatively, you can email Openreach at [email protected]. Include any relevant details about your query or issue and they will aim to respond within 3 working days.
Contact your internet service provider (ISP)
If you're having problems with your broadband connection, your first port of call should be your own internet provider. They will usually liaise directly with Openreach on your behalf to investigate and resolve any network issues.
