How To Boil Eggs?

To boil eggs:

1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch.
2. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
3. Once the water reaches a boil, remove the pan from the heat, cover and let sit for 12 minutes for hard boiled eggs.
4. For soft boiled eggs, let sit for 6 minutes.
5. Drain the hot water from the pan and place the eggs in cold water to cool before peeling.
6. Peel eggs under cool running water.

For easy peeling, tap each egg all over on a hard surface before peeling to crack the shell.
