Here are the steps to cancel your TalkTalk broadband, phone or TV subscription:
Contact TalkTalk
The easiest way to cancel is to call TalkTalk on 0345 671 0671 or chat to an advisor online. Let them know you wish to cancel your services and the date you want the cancellation to be effective from.
Give Notice in Writing
If you prefer not to call, you can send a signed letter or email stating you want to cancel. Include your name, address and account details. Send it to:
TalkTalk Cancellations, PO Box 6169, Milton Keynes MK10 1NB or email [email protected]
Cancel Online
You can also cancel your TalkTalk account online. Log into your My Account page and select 'Close my account' under the 'Your Account' menu.
Wait for Confirmation
TalkTalk will send an acknowledgment letter or email confirming your cancellation request and termination date, which is usually 30 days from canceling.
