How To Draw The Sun?

To draw the sun:

1. Draw a large circle in the center of the paper or canvas.
2. Fill the circle with yellow, orange, or red paint or colored pencil.
3. Add additional circles radiating out from the center circle in decreasing sizes. Leave some space in between each circle.
4. Fill the radiating circles with the same color, but make each one less intense than the one before to give the impression of light coming from the center.
5. Add extra yellow, orange, or red to parts of the radiating circles that face the center circle to highlight areas where the light would be stronger.
6. Add a few small triangular shapes pointing out from areas between the circles to represent sunbeams.

Optional extras include adding a happy face to the center circle with penciled features and dots of white paint for highlights, or scattering some wispy white clouds around the sun image.
