Here are the steps to edit a video on your iPhone:
Open the Photos app and find the video you want to edit. Tap on the share button (the box with an arrow pointing up) to access editing options.
Tap "Edit" to access trimming and cropping tools. Drag the sliders at the bottom to trim the beginning and end of the video. You can also pinch to zoom in and crop the video.
Tap "Filters" to add effects like grayscale, mono, etc. Swipe left/right to preview different filters and tap to apply.
Tap "Adjust" to adjust attributes like brightness, contrast, saturation, etc. Drag the sliders left or right to modify values.
Tap "Audio" to modify volume levels, add music soundtracks, etc. Drag the sliders to adjust audio levels and tap tracks to add music.
When done editing, tap "Done" in the top right. Your edited video will be saved as a new file in your Photos library.
You can also download video editing apps from the App Store for more advanced editing tools like cutting/splicing clips, overlays, titles, etc.
