To evolve Tandemus into Mega Tandemus in Pokemon Go, you need to collect 50 Mega Energy for Tandemus by defeating it in Raid Battles. You also need a Mega Bracelet.
Once you have the Mega Energy and Mega Bracelet, go to your items bag and select the Mega Energy. Click "Mega Evolve" and Tandemus will Mega Evolve for 8 hours. During this time it will be stronger in battles and have a higher CP limit.
To recharge the Mega Evolution after the timer ends, you need to collect more Mega Energy by defeating Tandemus in raids again. The amount needed gets less each time it's Mega Evolved.
