To evolve Tinkatuff, you'll need to level it up with friendship. Make Tinkatuff your buddy Pokémon and earn candy by walking with it. You'll need 50 Tinkatuff candy to evolve it into Tuffell.
Feed it berries like Nanab berries to increase its friendship level faster. Play with it by petting it or giving it treats. The more you interact with Tinkatuff, the closer your friendship will become. Once your friendship is high enough, Tinkatuff will be ready to evolve when you power it up using candy at its current CP limit.
