To get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from Vodafone, you need to contact their customer support team.
You can call them on 191 from your Vodafone mobile or 0344 800 6600 from a landline.
Alternatively, you can email them at [email protected] or chat to them online through their website at www.vodafone.co.uk.
When contacting them, you'll need to provide your account details such as account number, date of birth and address. They'll then be able to provide you with your PAC which is needed to port your number to a new provider.
It's important to request the PAC before your contract ends, as Vodafone only has to provide it for 30 days after your contract finishes. Getting it early means you can port your number as soon as you switch providers.
