To get a receipt from an Amazon order, follow these steps:
- Go to Amazon.com and sign in to your account.
- Click "Orders" in the top navigation bar.
- Find the order you need a receipt for and click "View order details."
- Under the order details, click "Download order documents."
- Select the file type for your receipt (PDF or CSV) and click "Get order documents."
- The receipt will open or download automatically depending on your browser settings.
You can also access order receipts from your Amazon account on a mobile device. Open the Amazon app, tap "Account & Lists" and then "Orders" to find past orders and download receipts.
Keep your Amazon receipts for returns, warranty claims, or tax documentation. Receipts are available to download for up to two years after an order is placed.
