To get to Moghwyn Palace, you need to:
- Defeat Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy in Volcano Manor to obtain the Fingerslayer Blade.
- Travel to the secluded area after defeating Maliketh, the Black Blade and jump into the forlorn tree branches there.
- The branches will take you down into the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds which lead to Moghwin Palace.
- Travel through the icy chambers and defeat Morgott, the Omen King to reach the final area before Mogh's throne room.
- Defeat Mohg, Lord of Blood inside his palace to complete this area of the game.
Moghwyn Palace is one of the latter areas you can access in the Lands Between after progressing far in the main questline and defeating several bosses. It's located underground through the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds.
