To get to Neltharion's Lair from Valdrakken in World of Warcraft, fly east from Valdrakken in Azsuna (Broken Isles) toward the giant floating rock formations. Fly through the pillars of stone until you see a huge golden dome partially submerged below. That's Neltharion's Lair. Land on the walkway extending out over the water and enter through the large doorway below to access the instance dungeon.
