- Bring your attention to your breath as it flows in and out.
- Notice any thoughts or emotions that arise without judging them.
- Gently return your focus to your breathing if your mind wanders.
- Practice daily, even if just for 10 minutes, to see benefits over time.
With regular practice, meditation can help reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and improve focus and concentration. Just remember to be patient with yourself as it takes time to develop a meditation routine and experience its rewards.
