To pair your Amazon Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube remote, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the Home and Back buttons on your Fire TV remote simultaneously for 3 seconds to put the remote into pairing mode.
- Go to Settings on your Fire TV device and select Remotes & Bluetooth Devices.
- Select "Add New Remote" and your remote should appear in the list. Select it to complete the pairing.
Alternatively, you can reset your Fire TV remote by pressing and holding the Menu and Back buttons together until the infrared light on the front flashes. Then follow steps 2-3 above to re-pair it with your Fire TV.
