If your belt buckle doesn't have snaps, there are still a few easy ways to fasten it:
- Slide the free end of the belt through the buckle.
- Pull the belt through until it's snug around your waist.
- Fold the excess belt back under itself so the smooth side faces out.
- Slide the folded end back through the buckle to secure it in place.
You can also use a belt keeper accessory. Simply slide the folded belt end through the keeper loop, then back through the buckle. The keeper holds the belt securely without visible fasteners.
For a leather belt, you can pinch the folded end with bulldog clips or clothespins to keep it neatly in place. Be sure to remove the clips before washing the belt.
With a little practice, you'll be able to fasten snapless belt buckles smoothly and discretely every time.
