If your Nest camera loses its WiFi connection, follow these steps to reconnect it:
- Make sure your Nest camera is within range of your WiFi network
- Open the Nest app on your phone
- Go to the home screen and select the camera you want to reconnect
- Select Settings > WiFi
- Select the WiFi network name from the list of available networks
- Enter your WiFi password
- Allow the camera to reconnect - this may take a few minutes
Once reconnected, the camera status light should turn solid green. You can then view the camera stream again in the Nest app.
If the camera still isn't reconnecting, try resetting your router and try the steps again. You may also need to contact Nest support if restarting the router doesn't solve the issue.
