If your Wyze camera becomes disconnected from your WiFi network, here are the steps to reconnect it:
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the camera for 5 seconds until the status light starts rapidly blinking blue.
- Open the Wyze app on your phone and go to the Devices page.
- Select the camera you want to reconnect and tap "Repair Device."
- Select your WiFi network and enter the password.
- Wait for the camera to connect. The status light will turn solid blue when connected successfully.
If reconnecting using the app doesn't work, try resetting the camera to its factory defaults and going through the initial setup process again. To reset, press and hold the pairing button for 30 seconds until the status light turns solid red. Then repeat steps 2-4 above.
