To refill a McCormick pepper grinder, follow these steps:

1. Unscrew the bottom portion of the grinder and set aside.
2. Turn the grinder upside down and tap the bottom firmly on a table to remove any old pepper remnants.
3. Fill the grinder completely with whole peppercorns. You may need to use the provided refill scoop that came with your grinder.
4. Replace the bottom portion by screwing it back on securely.
5. Turn the top portion of the grinder clockwise to grind fresh pepper directly onto your food.
