Here are a few ways to return Amazon products:
- Log into your Amazon seller account and initiate a return request through their website.
- Package the item in its original packaging if possible and include a return label, packing slip or invoice indicating what is being returned.
- Drop off the return at a UPS, FedEx or USPS location and they will deliver it back to the Amazon return center.
- You can also schedule a free return pickup from Amazon to have one of their couriers collect the package directly from your home or business.
Be sure to include any accessories, manuals or other items that were originally included. Products must be in the same new, unused condition as when purchased. For the best customer experience, it's a good idea to include a brief note explaining why the return is happening.
