To return an item to Amazon, follow these steps:
- Visit Amazon's Return Center at www.amazon.com/return
- Select the item you want to return from your Order History.
- Choose the reason for returning the item from the dropdown menu.
- Print out the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the package.
- Drop off the package at any UPS, FedEx, or Kohl's drop-off location. You can also schedule a free pickup from your home or business.
Amazon will process your return within 2-3 business days of receiving it. Once approved, they'll credit your original payment method.
