Returning items to Amazon is usually very easy. Here are the basic steps:
1. Start the Return
Go to your Orders page on Amazon.com and find the item you want to return. Click the "Return or Replace Items" button. Then select the reason for your return from the dropdown menu.
2. Print the Return Label
Amazon will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You can either print the label or have it shipped to your address. Make sure to select the correct size label for your package.
3. Package the Item
Carefully pack the item back in its original packaging if possible. Include all parts, manuals, wires, etc. Seal the package securely with packaging tape.
4. Ship the Package
Apply the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any UPS location or give it to your regular UPS driver. You can also schedule a UPS pickup. Most returns must be shipped within 30 days for a full refund.
