If you have an unused Cologuard home test kit that needs to be returned, here are the steps:

1. Pack the unused test kit and all contents back into the original shipping box.
2. Write your sample ID number on the outside of the box.
3. Affix the pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of the box.
4. Drop the box in the mail. No postage is needed since it is pre-paid.

Returning the unused kit allows Cologuard to inventory their supply accurately. Make sure to return it within 30 days for a refund. You can also contact Cologuard customer service if you have any other questions about returning an unused kit.
