To screen record on an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Launch the Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of the screen on devices with Face ID or swiping up from the bottom of the screen on devices with Touch ID.
- Tap the screen recording icon, which looks like a small circle with a dotted line.
- You'll see a three second countdown. After the countdown, recording will start.
- To stop recording, swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center and tap the red Stop Recording button.
- Your screen recording will be saved to your Photos library.
Keep in mind iPhone screen recordings will only capture audio from the app being recorded, not system-wide audio.
