To silence your Apple Watch, press and hold the side button until you see the "Power Off/Silent" screen. Swipe the button from left to right to select "Silent" mode. Your watch will be silenced and the screen will go dark. To turn sound back on, press and hold the side button again and swipe to the right on the "Power Off/Silent" screen.
