Here are a few methods you can try to unlock your MacBook Pro without knowing the password or Apple ID:
Use Recovery Mode
Restart your MacBook Pro and immediately hold down Command + R. This will boot your Mac into Recovery Mode. From there, choose "Utilities" from the menu bar and select "Reset Password". Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the password.
Try the Firmware Password Utility
Download and install the Firmware Password Utility app. Launch the app, select your Mac, and click "Unlock". This will bypass the firmware password and allow you to reset the user account password.
perform a NVRAM Reset
Restart your MacBook Pro and immediately hold down Command + Option + P + R. Keep holding the keys until you hear the startup sound twice. This resets NVRAM and may allow you to bypass the password.
As a last resort, you can try to remove the SSD/hard drive and connect it to another Mac using a USB or Thunderbolt adapter. You may then be able to access the files without needing to enter the password.
