To unsquad a player in NBA 2K23's MyNBA, go to the 'Roster' tab and select the player you want to remove from the squad. Click the 'Actions' button and select 'Unsquad Player' from the dropdown menu. This will remove them from your active roster so they are no longer part of your team.
