To turn on your iPad, press and hold the top button located on the upper right side until the Apple logo appears on the screen. This may take up to 30 seconds. Once the iPad is on, you'll see the lock screen. From there, you can unlock it with your passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID to access the home screen and start using your iPad.
